Content starts at $950 an article or page.
Content comes as part of your retainer, at a pace that fits your team. The monthly total depends on three things.
Clients start to see movement within 60 days.Questions buyers ask us on the first call.
Who writes the content?
Senior freelance writers who specialize in B2B SaaS write every piece. We match you with writers who have covered your sector before, and an editor reviews each draft against your style guide.
Do you use AI to write?
Human writers produce every published page. We use AI for research and analysis, such as crawling thousands of URLs and clustering content by meaning.
How do you learn our product?
We work from what you already have, such as product documentation, sales calls and support tickets. If your team wants to be closer to the work, we can interview your experts and ghostwrite under their bylines. If you prefer us to run independently, we do that too.
Which page types do you create?
We write blog articles, comparison and alternatives pages, listicles, use-case pages, solutions pages and landing pages. For landing and solutions pages we can design the wireframe too.
Can you refresh our old content?
Yes. A bronze refresh is a light touch on keywords, internal links and dates. A silver refresh reworks the structure and adds up to 600 words. A gold refresh is a full rebuild.
Can our own writers work from your briefs?
Yes. Where you have writers in-house, we supply detailed briefs and your team writes.
Do you upload to our CMS?
We can. It depends on your CMS access and your scope, and we agree on it at the start.
How long does a piece take?
A new page takes about 15 business days from brief to staged draft. A silver refresh takes about 7 business days. Bronze refreshes go out in batches of up to 10 URLs.
How do approvals work?
It flexes to your team. You approve the final draft, and an outline review is there if you want it. Some clients skip the outline to move faster, and bronze refreshes can go ahead without approval.
How long until we see results?
Clients start to see movement within 60 days. Early movement means new pages indexed, rankings climbing on priority pages and new AI mentions. Demos and signups follow once those gains hold.
Is a high publishing volume sustainable?
Volume works only when quality and upkeep keep pace. We plan updates every three to six months, and we merge or split pages when search intent shifts.
How do you pace work around our legal review?
Many of our clients work in regulated sectors or have strict legal teams. We agree on guidelines and advance checks with your legal team up front, and we can set a quarterly call with them.
