  • The content team at Leapsome lacked the resources to create new content and revamp existing content at the scale required for growth. Since they were prioritizing their internal content, they didn’t have the resources to handle external content.
    They wanted to ramp up content production to grow traffic and leads while also focusing on other marketing initiatives that new stakeholders were requesting.

    Now the current team, Amie and Willow, can be sure that every piece of content is of a consistent quality standard and they have built a relationship with writers, editors and an account manager who know Leapsome inside-out through feedback, regular catch ups, SME interviews and in-depth research.
    This gave the time back in their calendars to focus on other internal initiatives that Leapsome wanted to focus on in order to grow the company. They now have more time to think more strategically and creatively, align with paid, social and internal communication and understand how to distribute all this content.
