Phase 1 runs 3 to 5 weeks and ends with your market plan and roadmap. The monthly pace after that depends on three things.
Clients start to see movement within 60 days.Questions buyers ask us on the first call.
Should we translate our English content or localize it?
We start with an audit of your existing pages to see which ones we can localize. Localizing works where the search intent matches across markets, or where the topic has little to do with any one market. We want to make the most of what you already have. A large part of the strategy still has to be built market by market, and we work that out together.
Which markets should we enter first?
We rank your markets by search demand, competitor gaps and how buyers use your product in each country. A channel or integration that leads in one country can trail in the next, so each market gets its own priorities.
Can our UK pages reuse our US content?
Sometimes they can. It depends on your product and the market, and we analyze that as part of the work.
Who writes the content in each language?
Native writers in each market write the content, briefed by a senior strategist. UK clients get UK-based writers.
How do our in-market reviewers fit in?
We give your local reviewers the SEO context for each piece. We use any glossaries you have, and we do specific research for each market.
How do you measure performance by market?
We report each market on its own, with rankings, impressions, clicks, conversions and AI visibility. You get a monthly report and a quarterly review.
Do AI answers differ by country and language?
Yes. We track prompts in each language and market, so you see your mention rate in France next to your mention rate in the US.
How do you attribute demos and signups to AI visibility?
Attribution in AI search is indirect, so we look at pipeline and demos as a whole alongside AI referral traffic. The simplest fix is a "Where did you hear about us?" dropdown on your demo and signup forms. If your sales reps ask that question, we can run your sales call recordings through an analysis that shows how buyers found you too.
How long until we see results?
Clients start to see movement within 60 days. Early movement means rankings climbing on priority pages in each market, more impressions on local commercial keywords and new AI mentions. Demos and signups follow once those gains hold.
What do you need from us during onboarding?
We ask for customer interview transcripts and testimonials, competitor demo videos, GA4 event exports, CRM access, and a shared Slack channel.
How do you pace work around our legal review?
Many of our clients work in regulated sectors or have strict legal teams. We agree on guidelines and advance checks with your legal team up front, and we can set a quarterly call with them.
Does our site need cleanup before the work starts?
Technical cleanliness is a big part of international SEO. Your site may need cleanup first, especially if it carries older pages from an outdated SEO strategy.
