Engagements start at $4000 a month.
Phase 1 runs 3 to 5 weeks and ends with your strategy and roadmap. The monthly pace after that depends on three things.
Clients start to see movement within 60 days.Questions buyers ask us on the first call.
What does the strategy include?
The strategy covers nine workstreams. We map what your buyers ask from sales calls and support tickets, and we diagnose your performance in search and in AI answers. We audit every page with a keep, reoptimize, merge, redirect or remove action, then build your topic clusters and internal linking plan. We add your prompt library and AI visibility baseline, your citation targets, an original research opportunity and a sizing of your international markets. You receive a written strategy, the audit workbook and a prioritized 90-day roadmap, presented live.
How do you decide which pages come first?
We rank pages by commercial intent. Comparison and alternatives pages, use-case pages, templates, integrations and solution pages go ahead of broad informational topics.
Should we fix our old content before we create new pages?
In many cases, yes. Where a blog carries a lot of outdated posts, we lead with cleanup. We prune the weak pages, upgrade the ones worth keeping and reconnect them through internal links.
Can we buy the strategy alone?
Yes. The strategy can be a one-off audit that stands on its own, with zero obligation to continue. It can also be the first phase of a retainer, where we pair it with execution and briefs, monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews.
Can our in-house team write from your briefs?
Yes. Where your product marketing team owns a page, we supply briefs with keywords and heading structure.
Do you handle conversion rate optimization and web copy?
Our work covers your visibility in search and in AI answers. For conversion rate optimization and brand messaging, a specialist in that field is the better partner.
Who does the work?
The founder oversees each account, and she is the person you speak to on the sales call. Your team also includes an on-page lead, an AEO analyst, senior writers and an editor.
How do you tie the strategy to pipeline?
We track bottom-funnel form submits, demo requests, visits to product and solutions pages, and AI visibility. We treat non-brand clicks as entry points into that journey.
How do you attribute demos and signups to AI visibility?
Attribution in AI search is indirect, so we look at pipeline and demos as a whole alongside AI referral traffic. The simplest fix is a "Where did you hear about us?" dropdown on your demo and signup forms. If your sales reps ask that question, we can run your sales call recordings through an analysis that shows how buyers found you too.
How long until we see results?
Clients start to see movement within 60 days. Early movement means rankings climbing on priority pages, more impressions on commercial keywords and new AI mentions. Demos and signups follow once those gains hold.
What happens after the strategy?
Execution starts in month two and runs for three months. A quarterly review then looks at the results and sets the next 90 days.
What do you need from us during onboarding?
We ask for customer interview transcripts and testimonials, competitor demo videos, GA4 event exports, CRM access, and a shared Slack channel.
How do you pace work around our legal review?
Many of our clients work in regulated sectors or have strict legal teams. We agree on guidelines and advance checks with your legal team up front, and we can set a quarterly call with them.
