The Best GEO Agencies for B2B SaaS

Generative engine optimization (GEO) agencies for B2B SaaS, checked on their own sites in October 2026. How each one tracks AI visibility, what it changes, named results and published prices.

Best GEO agencies for B2B SaaS

Software buyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode which vendors to shortlist. A GEO agency works to get your brand named in those answers, then ties that visibility to signups and pipeline. GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization) describe the same work, and agencies use the two names interchangeably. This list covers agencies that sell GEO to B2B SaaS. For agencies that market the same work as AEO, see our list of answer engine optimization agencies.

I run Flying Cat, so I compete with every agency on this list. I checked each agency below on its own website in October 2026 for how it tracks AI visibility, what its service changes on and off your site, named results and published prices. Where a site leaves something out, I say so.

How I vet a GEO agency

These are the checks I run when a client asks me to review another agency. Our guide on choosing an AEO partner goes deeper on each one.

They track a fixed prompt set many times a month

AI answers change from one run to the next, so one screenshot of a ChatGPT answer proves little. Ask how many prompts the agency tracks, how often each one runs and across which assistants. We run each client prompt about 75 to 80 times a month across eight AI assistants and report the share of answers that name the brand.

They measure mentions first and citations second

A citation links to your page. A mention names your brand as a recommendation. Buyers act on the recommendation, so mentions are the main goal and citations are a supporting signal. Ask the agency which of the two leads its report.

They have an off-site plan for the sources AI assistants cite

AI assistants build vendor recommendations from third-party roundups, review sites, Reddit threads and industry publications. Ask the agency to show which pages AI assistants cite for your category today and how it would earn a place on them. In my own analysis of 93,968 AI answers, a vendor's own cited listicle nearly tripled how often that vendor was named, at 45.4% against 16.3% (The Search Spot).

They run AEO and SEO as one program

AI assistants pull from pages that already rank and from sites search engines trust. An AEO program that ignores technical SEO and decision-stage content leaves its own foundation weak. Ask how the agency's AEO work connects to rankings, crawlability and your existing content.

They tie AI visibility to pipeline

Ask how the agency connects AI mentions to demo requests and signups. Good answers combine AI referral traffic in analytics, self-reported attribution on forms and CRM data.

1. Flying Cat

Best for: B2B SaaS companies that want a founder leading the AI search program and results measured in AI mentions, demo requests and pipeline.

Flying Cat is the founder-led boutique I run from Los Angeles. I lead strategy on every account and work with freelance writers and specialists who know each client's vertical. Our GEO and AEO service runs as one program with SEO, because the pages AI assistants trust are the pages search engines already rank.

Every program starts with a prompt set built from buyer questions in sales calls and search data, tracked across eight AI assistants. I split the budget between on-site content and off-site placements in the roundups and publications AI assistants cite, with publisher fees passed through at cost. Our clients typically start to see their AI mentions move within 60 days. Results from published case studies include these.

  • D2L: visibility in AI answers grew from 12% to 33% between December 2025 and September 2026.
  • Enterprise procurement platform: named in 88% of ChatGPT category answers, up from 76% in four months, against two much larger rivals.
  • Leapsome: AI mentions grew 13x year over year.
  • Ecommerce marketing platform: ranked first in AI answer presence among tracked competitors in all five of its markets.

We also track AI visibility natively in French, German, Italian and Spanish, with prompts written by native speakers and run from each country.

Pricing: $5,000 Strategy Launch over 3 to 5 weeks, then programs from $4,000/month.

2. Omniscient Digital

Best for: Funded B2B SaaS companies with a six-figure budget that want AEO tied to pipeline and digital PR.

Omniscient Digital lists offices in Austin, New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Boston. David Ly Khim is co-founder and CEO, with co-founders Alex Birkett and Allie Konchar. Its AEO service starts with buyer demand modeling from customer research, sales calls and search behavior, then targets category, comparison, alternatives and use-case prompts. Off-site work runs through digital PR, original research, review platforms and communities.

Its case studies name Peec AI for prompt tracking. For OnBoard, it reports presence in 88% of tracked unbranded category prompts in August 2026, up from 73% in January, with meetings booked from AI traffic doubling. For Convert, LLM prompt visibility rose from 31% to 55% in 60 days.

Notable clients named on its site: Jasper, Order.co, 360Learning, Smartling, OnBoard, Convert, Teambridge.

Best for: Content-led SaaS brands that want GEO through large-scale content, digital PR, Reddit and affiliate placements.

Siege Media lists offices in Austin, New York, Chicago and San Francisco. Ross Hudgens is founder and CEO and wrote a book on generative engine optimization. Its GEO program combines research reports, digital PR, bottom-funnel comparison and pricing content, disclosed brand-forward Reddit presence and affiliate placements on editorial roundups.

The first two months cover prompt-level citation mapping, a baseline LLM share-of-voice benchmark and a 12-month roadmap. Reporting covers share of voice on category prompts, citations earned, AI referral traffic and branded search lift. It reports 98% LLM visibility for Zendesk and 96% for Zapier.

Notable clients named on its site: Zendesk, Zapier, HubSpot, Asana, Airtable, Instacart, Mentimeter.

Its GEO service runs in three tiers, from an AI visibility baseline and prompt strategy up to cross-platform measurement and executive revenue reporting for Fortune 500 companies. Its method combines what it calls relevance engineering with content, press, forums, review sites and video.

Measurement covers citation frequency, AI referral traffic and competitor benchmarks alongside content scores such as fan-out coverage. Its named logos lean enterprise and consumer, and its AI search case study describes a global financial services organization with sign-ups up 121% over six months.

Notable clients named on its site: Target, Under Armour, American Express, Nordstrom, Grainger, Adidas.

7. Graphite

Best for: Growth-stage SaaS and product-led brands that want a data-science-led AEO program.

Graphite is led by CEO Ethan Smith, with a Chief AI Officer on the team. Its AEO service builds prompts from sales calls, Reddit and help-center questions, then benchmarks a fixed set of typically 200+ queries a quarter across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. It checks tool data against manual logged-in checks on the prompts that drive revenue.

Reporting breaks citations down by source type, such as owned, editorial, affiliate and community. Graphite reports that Webflow doubled sign-ups from LLMs.

Notable clients named on its site: Webflow, n8n, Hinge Health, Fourthwall, BetterUp, MasterClass.

8. Animalz

Best for: SaaS content teams that want an established content agency to add AEO to their editorial program.

Animalz started in New York in 2015 and now works remotely, with Ty Magnin as CEO. Its AEO service starts with an AI visibility audit across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, then adds AI search strategy, content refreshes around critical prompts, citation outreach and Reddit engagement. Technical fixes go to the client's development team.

FAQ

What is the difference between GEO and AEO?

GEO and AEO name the same goal, which is getting your brand named and cited in AI-generated answers. Agencies pick one term or the other. Our GEO vs SEO guide and our Ultimate Guide to AEO explain how the work fits with SEO.

How long does GEO take to show results?

Our clients typically see AI mentions move within 60 days. Omnius estimates two to three months for first results on its own site. Bigger shifts in category answers, like D2L's rise from 12% to 33%, took about nine months.

Which GEO agency should I hire for a B2B SaaS company?

Pick the agency whose model matches your budget and team. A six-figure budget fits a full-service agency like Omniscient. A team that wants consulting on monthly terms fits Optimist. If you want a founder leading strategy across English and European markets, Flying Cat fits.
