“What we find really important is to hire people who want to grow, they want to grow themselves, the thing they’re working on, people that are not afraid to speak up. That’s the best, and we then stimulate that by anytime somebody speaks up, you take it seriously, you do something with it and you don’t just push it away because then people stop doing that, obviously.”
